Sercotel Codina, San Sebastian

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, though small, was clean and convenient. I would suggest requesting a front room for a better view as mine faced the bins at the back. The room was modern, brightly lit, had good air conditioning, and offered excellent value for money. The best part was the super comfortable bed with a view towards the bay.

I was lucky to get a room with a sea view and air conditioning, which made my stay truly comfortable. However, the lack of air conditioning in some rooms may be an issue. The service here was top-notch, whether it was at reception, from the cleaners, or at the cafe. The location was away from the crowds, close to the beach, and in a pleasant pedestrian shopping area. The dining options were superb with lots of choices, but the hot food department could have been slightly better. The facilities overall were great, and worth the price for the peace of mind they offered.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a very large bed, armchair, and desk; however, the lack of coffee and tea facilities for €140 per night may not provide the best value. The bathroom is superb, with a lovely view from the toilet and great sunlight exposure to enjoy.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and had everything I could possibly need, the presence of cigarette smoke made my stay unpleasant. On the bright side, the room had a beautiful view and even came with a complimentary bottle of wine.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with very polite and friendly staff. The location is ideal, close to bus transportation and minutes away from the beach. The dining options are varied, although with some limitations. The facilities are well-kept and enjoyable, making it a good value for money choice.
